Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Madar AI, operated by Zyrix Global Technologies.
Your account
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per organization; team members are invited via the dashboard.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service; share your account with people outside your organization; use the service for any illegal purpose; submit data you don't own or aren't authorized to share.
Billing
Currently free during beta. When billing launches, you'll be charged in advance for the billing period you choose. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days but you can cancel and stop further renewals any time.
Termination
You can cancel any time from your billing settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with 30 days' notice (or immediately for severe violations).
No warranty
The service is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that recommendations will improve your metrics. Use the AI's outputs as informed input, not as guaranteed advice.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
