This Privacy Policy describes how Madar AI (operated by Zyrix Global Technologies) collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our service.
Data we collect
We collect: (1) account data (email, name, organization), (2) integration tokens you authorize (Google Ads, AppsFlyer, Firebase, RevenueCat), (3) the metrics and events your apps generate and that you've authorized us to read, (4) usage analytics on how you use Madar itself.
How we use it
We use your data to: deliver audits and recommendations; improve our AI models (aggregated and de-identified only); send transactional emails (audits, digests, billing); respond to support requests.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share data only with: (a) sub-processors required to deliver the service (Supabase for hosting, Anthropic for AI, Resend for email, Cloudflare for CDN), (b) law enforcement when required by court order. A full sub-processor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can: export all your data; delete your account and all associated data; opt out of analytics; correct any information we hold. Email [email protected] to exercise any right.
Retention
Active accounts: data retained while you have a subscription. Cancelled accounts: data retained 30 days for restoration, then permanently deleted. Anonymized aggregates may be retained for benchmark calibration.
